All conversion operations take place client-side within your browser. The Service is provided free of charge on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

- Prohibited Scraping & Exploitation: You may NOT:
- Deploy automated scrapers, web spiders, bots, or automated extraction tools that impair, overload, or degrade the performance of the Website.
- Clone, mirror, or repackage the CurlToAny user interface, branding, or proprietary site architecture to establish a misleading or directly competing service without prior express written consent.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any rate-limiting or security mechanisms implemented on the Website.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
As a user of the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority and authorization to access the URLs, endpoints, and server infrastructure specified in the cURL commands you process.
- You will not use the Service to generate code designed to perform unauthorized penetration attacks, denial-of-service (DoS) exploits, credential stuffing, brute-forcing, spamming, or malicious hacking against any third-party computing systems.

- WARRANTIES THAT THE CODE GENERATED BY THE SERVICE WILL BE 100% ERROR-FREE, BUG-FREE, SYNTACTICALLY COMPATIBLE WITH ALL LIBRARY VERSIONS, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.
- WARRANTIES THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.
Developer Verification Obligation: You acknowledge that software code generation is inherently dependent on input quality and varying language ecosystems. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to inspect, test, lint, and validate all generated code snippets before deploying them into staging or production environments.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CURLTOANY.COM, ITS CREATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF REPUTATION, SECURITY BREACHES, OR UNAUTHORIZED API CHARGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 100% FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO $0.00 (ZERO USD).
8. Third-Party Content & External APIs
CurlToAny does not host, manage, endorse, or verify any external endpoints, third-party REST APIs, GraphQL services, or webhooks that you may convert. Your interactions, authentication arrangements, rate limits, and service contracts with third-party API providers are strictly between you and those respective providers.
9. Advertising & Sponsorships
To maintain our commitment to keeping CurlToAny 100% free and accessible to all developers globally, we may display unobtrusive developer-focused sponsorships, affiliate links, or non-intrusive advertisements. We do not endorse any third-party products, services, or tools advertised, and we bear no responsibility for transactions between you and third-party advertisers.
10. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, language converter, or aspect of the Website at any time without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to restrict or block access to any IP address or automated client found violating these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
